So, you should probably just go to my REAL blog that is at http://www.tastyblogsnack.com
I'm now hosting Nightline on ABC since my few second debut..
HA HA HA just kidding.
..but, this Thursday and Friday I did spend in Dallas, Texas filming a show for xTrain called 60 Second Guru.
Now, normally the show would be a tutorial teaching you something in 60 seconds. The topics that I chose were Online Video Editing, MySpace Popularity, Blogging Tips, and Creating Viral Videos. Basically these were shot in the style of videos that most people are used to seeing that Dez and I would typically create. This includes: running around the street doing parkour, dancing on the desk, mock myspace mirror shots, and even falling in random places.
The studio that we shot at was amazing! It's called Splash Media. Here's a video directly from YouTube about xTrain and Splash Media about their partnership [ click here ]
Splash Media operates one of the most technologically advanced television studios in the world. We combine the best systems available with solid engineering and top-notch graphics. Since its launch in 2005, TSTN has received international acclaim for its content as well as its look, but the most common question asked by visitors is, “Where’s the studio?” TSTN programs are produced by only five or six people in the control room. Even more astounding is the number of crew on the floor in the studio: zero. Computer-guided cameras are all controlled by one person. The studio is a bluescreen room, and virtual reality sets are keyed into the final video feed. Camera moves are monitored by the virtual reality servers, where minute adjustments to the set give the studio depth. The final effect is flawless.
Splash Media reinvents television technology
Moving right along with my media from the filming.. On the topic of "Creating Viral Videos", I mentioned that the "quickest and most painless way to create a viral video, is to make a video blog". Thus, here is my mockery of a typical video post you'd find on YouTube:
Last but not least, here's my version of the SplashMedia tour.
(Most of this footage was filmed 5 minutes before I ran out of the studio to catch my flight)

Tom Green proclaimed her "...the Clay Aiken of this competition" but to PTI, Justine E. is our web celeb. Known by Yahoo! visitors as "iJustine," she is a PTI 2004 Multimedia Technologies graduate. iJustine tapped her creative, video and editing skills to make it to the final five of Yahoo!'s Talent Show.

Haha, saw this post on Engadget and had to laugh at their wonderful description on the color of the discontinued Treo:
"..the 680 in Copper (i.e. the creamy-pukey-orange Treo) is "no longer available" according to Palm's site."
Copper Treo 680, we hardly -- no, we never knew ye - Engadget
In other news, I'm 100% in love with the Flock browser. I'd like to proudly admit that here and now to everyone. It's just a bit faster than Firefox but is still Mozilla based. It integreates with most popular blogging websites and photosharing sites.
You can also drag and drop photos and links directly on to Myspace comments or drop them into a dock-like snippet station and save them for later.
It also has a built-in blog window that allows you to drag and drop anything content from the web directly into your blog entry.

Oh do I have some tasty treats right out of the amazing Jumpcut editor. I'm beginning to think every other word I type is Jumpcut. Perhaps some therapy is in order (new video concept?).
Anyways, let's move on with the videos, shall we?

MACBOOK ANTICS
"This is what happens when you throw together macworld, 1 camera, 2 macbooks, and 2 girls with too much energy." Video by Karen!![]()
So amazing.
Today was quite eventful and should allow for a few multimedia blog updates the next few days.
Beaver County Times [ timesonline.com ] and Go Magazine [ goburgh.com ] did an interview with me today about the various things I've been up to (our videos, the internet, Yahoo Talent Show, Macworld, etc).
After all was said and done, they mentioned that one of their favorite videos was the Parkour sketch Desiree and I did. I quickly called her up to join us and we taught them our version of Parkour.

Look for the Beaver Times parkour instruction / interview video tomorrow.
Check out our friends in Renzhee Parkour that we met via the Yahoo Talent Show if you want to see some real skills!
Last but not least, the iPhone video is currently featured on Yahoo Video:
Thanks to Jumpcut for being so magical :P
HELP!
Blogging and the internet has officially taken over my life. I try to mirror posts on all of the various other websites I'm a member of, but it definitely has taken more time than I'd like to dedicate to such things.
So, how do you spend less time blogging but still manage to post to all of your favorite online communities? Hmm, as soon as I figure out the best method, I'll let you know. This has been dubbed: Project Blog.Snack
The first for the GROOVR video series is complete. Take a look at it here:
Also great news, Desiree has finally purchased her first domain. Sometimes I wonder how we've managed to be friends for the past 4 years and she's yet to purchase one
